During Transition Handover-In, all available Technology Knowledge Objects should be obtained from the Client or the
incumbent. These can include documentation on Client system architecture, business flows, existing standard operating
procedures, defects from new developments, etc., within the scope of Capgemini contract. These objects can be reused by the
Delivery Teams during Run. The Technology Knowledge Manager, however, must understand the contractual arrangements with the
Client, to verify if there are any clauses restricting reuse of Client knowledge objects, prior to uploading the same for
use of Capgemini teams.
The Technology Knowledge Manager must also identify new knowledge objects that would need to be created, in collaboration
with other stream managers. Once the platform is available, Technology Knowledge Manager must ensure appropriate Technology
Knowledge Objects are identified and made available in the designated technology knowledge repositories. Best practices,
learnings, techniques, reusable components and processes, that can be useful for the Service Engagement, must also be
collected and uploaded.
